Project: Donald Tillman Water Reclamation Plant Ozone
Generator Pilot

Agency: City of LA Sanitation

 Contact: Rick Andelin, rick.andelin@lacity.org

 Summary: Installation
of new 480V MCC Section into existing MCC. Feeder conduit and wiring to new
chillers, pumps, and instrumentation. All In One Electric worked with plant electricians to create a shutdown plan, which allowed for four hours of downtime. All In one began by verifying control systems had been placed in hand position and were in the correct position to allow four hours of downtime. Once controls were verified, Plant Electricians
shutdown the MCC, and All In One and Plant Electricians placed locks on the
main breaker. Once power was verified offline, the new section was installed by
All In One. After bus tie-ins were complete and the MCC section was fully
assembled, continuity tested and torqued, plant electricians re-energized the MCC. Once complete, the MCC was re-energized and all circuits verified
operation.

Misc Instrumentation: Off-Gas Pressure Transmitters, NO2/TOC/UVT
Analyzer, Krohne Flowmeter

Project: Goleta Sanitary Districts Biosolids and Energy Phase 1

Agency: Goleta Sanitary District

Summary: Project included installation of new 480V main distribution section, 3 – 480V Vfd’s and cogen unit. AIO was required to perform complex shutdowns with plant personnel to de-energize the switchboard, install the new section, and re-energize systems one by one while verifying devices/equipment in the field. During separate shutdowns, existing control and power wiring was replaced through new adjacent duct bank. Circuits were de-energized and cut over one by one. This required a thorough pre-task plan, that was reviewed and approved by the district. AIO completed the cutover in 6 days that included overtime and additional manpower/ supervision.

Project: Chemical Building NaOCI Generator System

Agency: Palmdale Water District

Contact: Daniel Maldonado, dmaldonado@palmdalewater.org

 Summary: The project
consisted of installing a new Microlor Generator System and connecting the
system into the existing Scada system. A new 800AT breaker was installed and
fed the new system. 480V breaker was installed with plant personnel in
attendance to make sure PWD’s procedures were followed. Bucket was replaced while plant-maintained operation. Two new control panels were installed and integrated into existing system.

Misc Instrumentation: Siemens level transducers and Rosemount pressure transmitters
